Cooking Classes – Prosecco Hills

Home Cooking Classes in the heart of the Prosecco Hills, in the beautiful UNESCO listed Prosecco Hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene.

I invite you into my kitchen, to discover the traditions, flavours and warmth of Italian home cooking. Together we’ll prepare a personalised menu using fresh, seasonal ingredients, with homemade pasta as one of the many delicious options. Whether you dream of making tortelli, tagliatelle, gnocchi or a traditional risotto, every experience is tailored to your tastes.

After cooking together, we’ll sit down to enjoy the meal we’ve created, accompanied by a glass of local Prosecco while taking in the peaceful surroundings of the countryside. Every season brings its own colours, aromas and produce, making each visit a little different from the last.

No two experiences are ever the same. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion, travelling as a couple, with family or friends, I’ll help create a menu that reflects your preferences and makes your visit truly memorable.

A Personal Note

As well as being a passionate home cook, I’m also a mum. With my children living in Sydney, I travel regularly to spend time with my family. Alongside welcoming guests, I’m also writing cookbooks, so my schedule changes throughout the year.

For this reason, I don’t offer fixed dates or scheduled sessions. Every experience is arranged personally according to my availability, allowing me to dedicate my full attention to each guest.
